      Healing Ligaments?

      I have torn ligaments in my knee. It has taken over a year to get to the point where I could walk. But the healing seems to have stagnated.

      I'm looking to stimulate the ligaments to heal.

      Has anyone had success with plasma products to heal knee injuries?

      If so which ones, and what was the protocol you used?
