Consensus: a process of decision making that seeks widespread agreement among group members. General agreement among the members of a given group or community, each of which exercises some "discretion" in decision-making and follow-up action. But, in reality, what we need to make others do what we want them to do. Politics are Consensus centered. Commerce. Opinion making and advertisement. It is a concept that you should look into carefully. Outsiders, are not so easily convincible. Money does not buy them. Goods, maybe, according to their density state and level. Jedi Tricks will not work. Maybe on us, if we do not take care. Life is a mistery in the misery of man. The concept of Divine Intent is in cause. Personal will,  opposed to harmony. So many Gods had to hold some device or another in their hands. Even mudras, are still functional to personal will and command. This is the limit of opposable thumbs. Materiality.
