      2 dimensional disc design

      I hope this has not already been discused.

      I do not have access to these materials.

      the design is made by:
      Multiple rings of hose filled with plasma water.
      The outer rings will have the lighter gans/elements
      The inner rings will have the heavier gans/elements.
      Multiple magravs arranged around he circle maybe set at 15 to 20 degrees to kick start the reaction.
      This might create plasma fields for missing gans/elements.
